|
OUR VALUES…
• Profits are re-invested back into the community.
• We expect high standards of work from all our workers.
• We place worker well-being & development before profit,
• Locals know best. Locals know how to care and how to bring change to the hood.
• We employ locals only.
• Profit and business should be a benefit for the collective good.
• We love creating opportunities to re-imagine a new world.
• We create business, using capitalism to counter neo-liberalism.
